Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Service of BoldPurity Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and governs all orders placed through www.boldpurity.com (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Order Processing
1.1 All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
1.2 Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
1.3 During peak sale periods or unforeseen disruptions, processing time may extend by an additional 2–4 business days.
1.4 Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation and quality control clearance.
2. Shipping Timelines
2.1 Metro Cities (India): Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days from dispatch.
2.2 Non-Metro / Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities: Estimated delivery within 5–9 business days from dispatch.
2.3 Remote Areas / North-East / J&K: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days.
2.4 These timelines are indicative only and may vary due to courier capacity, local restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Domestic Orders (India):

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders, regardless of order value.

No additional handling or packaging fee is applied.
3.2 International Orders:

Shipping charges vary by destination, order weight, and courier partner.

These charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

All customs duties, import taxes, and local levies, if any, are payable by the customer upon delivery.
3.3 Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
4. Tracking and Notifications
4.1 Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.
4.2 You can track your order directly through our courier partner’s portal using the tracking number provided.
4.3 Please ensure that your contact details are accurate at checkout to avoid any delivery issues.
5. Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts
5.1 The customer must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable address.
5.2 Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If all attempts fail, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
5.3 If a shipment returns due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or non-availability, reshipping charges will apply for redelivery.
5.4 Orders cannot be rerouted to a new address after dispatch.
6. Risk of Loss and Damage
6.1 All shipments are packed in tamper-evident packaging.
6.2 Once a package leaves our warehouse, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
6.3 If the package appears damaged or tampered with on delivery, refuse acceptance and contact our team within 24 hours at care@boldpurity.com.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
7.1 Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect products must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with unboxing photos or videos as proof.
7.2 Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
7.3 Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
7.4 Resolutions, replacement or refund, will follow internal verification as per our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
8.1 Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or redirected.
8.2 Requests for changes to address, phone number, or other details are accepted only before dispatch confirmation.
8.3 We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 BoldPurity® is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural calamities, strikes, transport interruptions, or government restrictions.
10. International Shipments
10.1 Customs inspections may delay international deliveries beyond estimated timelines.
10.2 Customers are responsible for compliance with the import laws of their destination country.
10.3 Refusal to pay customs duties or rejection of delivery will not qualify for cancellation or refund.
10.4 International orders once shipped are final and non-returnable due to cross-border regulations.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 BoldPurity® is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from shipping delays, courier errors, or third-party handling.
11.2 Our maximum liability will not exceed the total order value paid by the customer.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy and any dispute arising from it will be governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at Hyderabad, Telangana.
